Let Japan's lucky cat guide you to big wins. Lucky Neko at 4dgang features unique Gigablox mechanics, unlimited Free Spins retriggering and win potential of up to 5,000x – all in one captivating slot.
If you've ever walked into a shop or restaurant and spotted a small beckoning cat figurine on the counter – that's a Maneki-neko, or "lucky cat" in Japanese tradition. Believed to bring good luck, prosperity and abundance to its owner, the Maneki-neko has become a universally recognised symbol of fortune. And that's the spirit behind Lucky Neko at 4dgang — a video slot that brings the spirit of the Japanese lucky cat to life in a truly captivating gaming experience.
Developed by Yggdrasil Gaming, one of the world's most innovative slot providers, Lucky Neko is far more than a typical Japanese-themed slot dressed up with cherry blossoms and folding fans. It comes with a truly revolutionary game mechanic – Gigablox. This mechanic allows oversized symbols to appear on the 6x6 grid, taking up large spaces and creating far greater win potential than a standard grid slot. At 4dgang, Lucky Neko has become one of the most sought-after slots among Malaysian players looking for something beyond the usual conventional slots.
The visuals are stunning – a glowing Japanese cityscape at night, complete with neon lights, red lanterns and a vibrant festival atmosphere. Symbols appearing on the grid include a variety of colourful Maneki-neko figurines, Japanese lucky charms, lanterns and golden wallets – each carrying a different payout value. Smooth animations and a melodic soundtrack make every Lucky Neko session at 4dgang an experience that's hard to walk away from.
Malaysians have long had a deep connection with Asian symbols of good fortune — from the lion masks in Lion Dance performances during Chinese New Year, to lucky charms hung in cars or displayed at home. This spirit of fortune resonates naturally with Lucky Neko's theme, making it a natural choice for Malaysian players looking to try slots at 4dgang.
What sets Lucky Neko apart from other Asia-themed slots is the Gigablox mechanic, which genuinely changes the way the game plays. In a regular slot, symbols land one by one on a standard 3x5 or 5x3 grid. In Lucky Neko at 4dgang, the grid is 6x6 – and at any point during a spin, Gigablox symbols sized 2x2, 3x3, or even 4x4 can land and replace a large portion of the grid with a single oversized symbol. When this happens with a high-value symbol, the likelihood of triggering multiple winning combinations simultaneously is extremely high.
Lucky Neko also features a 243 ways to win – meaning winning combinations are counted from left to right across any position on each reel, rather than along fixed paylines. This increases overall win frequency, though the slot remains in the medium-high volatility range, meaning bigger wins still require a little patience.
Convenient deposits and withdrawals at 4dgang is also a major draw. Malaysian players can use Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow or internet banking such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is just RM 10 — meaning you can start experiencing Lucky Neko's fortune without having to spend a lot upfront.

The Golden Maneki-neko symbol is the most powerful symbol in Lucky Neko. It acts as a Wild that substitutes for all regular symbols to complete winning combinations. It also acts as a Scatter – land 3 or more of these symbols anywhere on the grid to trigger Free Spins. During Free Spins, Sticky Wilds can remain in place for multiple spins, boosting the chances of consecutive chain wins.
Best of all – in Gigablox mode, the Golden Maneki-neko can appear as a massive 3x3 or 4x4 block, meaning a single Wild can replace 9 to 16 positions on the grid at once. Just imagine the winning potential that one giant Wild symbol can trigger on a 6x6 grid at 4dgang!

Lucky Neko is a slot with far richer mechanics than your average game – understanding how Gigablox and Sticky Wilds work in depth can help you make smarter decisions when playing at 4dgang. Here's a practical guide from our experienced players.
2x2 Gigablox appear fairly often, but the real game-changers are the 3x3 and 4x4 blocks. When you spot a large block – especially a Golden or Red Maneki-neko symbol – that's a sign the spin could deliver a big win. Don't lose heart while waiting, because every spin holds the potential for a massive Gigablox to land on the grid without warning.
The bet value during Free Spins matches the original bet that triggered them. This means if you were playing at a higher stake when Free Spins were triggered, your win potential is significantly greater. Many experienced players at 4dgang play at a consistent, steady bet size so that every free spin delivers better overall value.
During Free Spins, whenever the Golden Maneki-neko Wild appears and stays locked (Sticky) on the grid, pay close attention to where it lands. The more Sticky Wilds that accumulate on the grid during Free Spins, the higher the chance of all 243 ways to win activating simultaneously, creating chain wins that can multiply with every spin.
Lucky Neko is a medium-high volatility slot. Set a clear session limit before you start – for example, with a balance of RM 100, consider betting RM 0.50–RM 1 per spin. This gives you enough runway to wait for Gigablox and Free Spins to trigger. 4dgang also provides a deposit limit feature in your account settings to help you manage your spending.
4dgang offers a demo mode for Lucky Neko, letting you practise completely free of charge. Use it to familiarise yourself with Gigablox patterns, understand Free Spins frequency, and get a feel for the game's pace before wagering real money. It's the smartest way for new players to get started with Lucky Neko.
"The first time I played Lucky Neko on 4dgang, I instantly fell in love with the graphics. But the best part – when a 4x4 Gigablox and the Golden Maneki-neko landed together during Free Spins, it felt like everything came at once. I walked away with over RM 11,000 in that one session. Deposited via TNG and cashed out within 5 minutes. Well done, 4dgang!"
"This slot is genuinely different from the usual ones. The 6x6 grid with Gigablox makes every spin feel unpredictable in the best way. The 96.8% RTP actually feels accurate too — I've played a lot of slots, and Lucky Neko at 4dgang is one of the most honest. The Free Spins are great as well, Sticky Wilds just keep stacking until the grid is full."
"I love the Japanese theme — it's a refreshing change from the usual Egypt or China slots. The Maneki-neko looks cute, but when it turns into a Gigablox, it's absolutely insane. 4dgang has a weekend reload bonus that I specifically save for Lucky Neko. Extremely satisfied with the overall experience."
Maneki-neko brings good fortune – but the greatest luck of all is playing smart and responsibly.
